As for web services, it's clear from BetterLegal's own description that the business websites they offer as part of their package have limited capabilities.

Better to go directly to a website builder service and pick a setup that's just right for your business needs.

On top of all this, there's no registered agent service included with BetterLegal's formation package. We consider this to be an essential service, and it's one that most companies offer at least a free full year of with the purchase of a formation package.
