Description:

The job involves supporting individuals with all tasks of daily living including personal care tasks, attending appointments, facilitating community access, ensuring health needs are met, giving emotional support, maintaining their safety, administrating medication, and maintaining records.

Staff will need to be committed, caring, creative, and proactive in supporting these individuals to live a more independent life.

They require enthusiastic and confident staff to work with this service user group, providing constant supervision and engagement. Staff will need to be energetic and prepared for active shifts involving some physical exertion.

The position involves 24-hour rotation with a variety of early, late, and night shifts. Weekend and bank holiday work will apply. Applicants must have good communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team.

A car driver is not essential but preferred as community access is required daily. Full induction and all training will be given.

DBS (previously CRB) will be required, for an applicant to obtain and will be reimbursed in the first full month's salary.
