Fresh Trouble For Iyabo Ojo As Naira Marley Sue Her For N500 Million. NaijaBullet reports that Popular Nigerian singer and rapper, Afeez Fashola, professionally known as Naira Marley has sued Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo.
Afeez Fashola, better known professionally as Naira Marley, just filed a N500 million (five hundred million naira) lawsuit against actress Iyabo Ojo, demanding a public apology.
Through Olalekan Ojo (SAN) & Co., Naira Marley accused the actress’s Instagram account of being the source of malicious and inaccurate content in a letter to Iyabo.
The month the singer died, Iyabo accused Naira Marley in an Instagram post of having spiritual and physical dealings with the late musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, according to the letter.
Naira Marley’s attorney also claimed that the actress accused him of mentally torturing Mohbad.
His lawyer has asked that the actress apologize on her official Instagram account and in a national newspaper within seven days of receiving the letter.
Furthermore, if Iyabo Ojo does not comply with the public apology, they have threatened to sue and seek N500 million in damages from the actress.
